Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your service to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the service you bought from us must not started yet. Since we’re offering digital service, once we have finished our service, return/refund is not accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll roll back all the service we’ve done.

Damages and Issues

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or
personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable
liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If the service you bought has not yet started or just finished less than 50%, you can request to exchange to another service which as the same cost. We’ll deducted the part of the service we’ve done.

Refunds
Only if we’ve not started our serivice and you requested a refund, or we’ll deduct the cost of the percentage of the service we’ve done and refund the rest of it. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too.
